Our client was hit by a semi-tractor and trailer that failed to yield at an intersection. Our client’s pick-up truck burst into flames and he suffered catastrophic injuries, including extensive third-degree burns, multiple fractures, and acute renal failure, that required several months in the hospital and resulted in permanent disfigurement to a large portion of his body.
